On the Menu: January 24 - 30

Today I put together my menu for the next week (yippee!). What made the cut?
Cranberry Orange Pork Roast- Sunday
Leftovers - Monday
Crock Pot Chicken Curry - Tuesday
Maid Rites - Wednesday
Penne with Sausage & Peppers - Thursday
Leftovers - Friday
Crockpot Pineapple Chicken - Saturday
At least one of these will get kicked out and or moved. I think from last week's menu I made all but one thing. We'll see how this week goes. I'll be using my crock pot a lot - I mean a lot, but that just makes it all the easier for me and my house smells A-mazing all day long (I feel bad for my pups).
For sides for the week I'm looking at mashed potatoes, crock pot creamed corn, rice, steamed broccoli, side salads and a creamy fruit salad. I'll probably try my honey glazed baby carrots again, too, easy on the herbs this time!
I'm doing two different chicken meals, but have also thrown in a pork roast, sausages and ground beef. For my family the variation is the key. I could eat chicken almost every night, but that's just me.
Now, for the grocery list!
