So with their easy-peasy lasagna roll-ups tonight the girls made homemade dinner rolls to go with them. Homemade. Dinner. Rolls. I love these girls!
This recipe also couldn't be any easier, which is what college cooking is all about, right?
Start with a tube of refrigerator biscuits and cut each biscuit into fourths. Put in a large mixing bowl.
Add 3 tbsp. butter, melted, garlic powder, parsley and mozzarella into the biscuit mixture. Mix with your hands, coating all of the biscuits with the buttery goodness.
Place the pieces in a muffin tin, 3 pieces per tin.

Bake at 375 for 15 minutes, et voila! Homemade dinner rolls!
