What's on the Menu - March 12 to 18

The boy will be on Spring Break next week and visiting my family in Florida, so it's going to be an easy week cooking for just myself and my husband.

And the week will be all about easy (did I mention that already?). I'm working with what I've got in the freezer at home for meals and throwing in two new ones that look. You guessed it. Easy.

What made the cut this week?

Saturday - Pork Tenderloins, Pasta Salad, Slow Cooker Creamed Corn and Baked Beans

Sunday - Leftovers

Monday - Orange Rosemary Chicken with Rice and Steamed Broccoli

Tuesday - Pizza Pinwheels with Peas

Wednesday - Leftovers

Thursday - Baked Mozarella Orzo with Spinach salads

Friday - Bruschetta Swai with Steamed Green Beans

I'm going to make a homemade dressing for the salad and mini-quiches for grab 'n go breakfasts.
